This restaurant has fallen off terribly. The food use to be the best in town, I don’t know what happened but they are certainly not the best any longer they should not be on the top of the list.

24 Aug 2022 at 4:22 pm; I telephoned China Wok with an order and was refused. It made me feel very Sad. I am a Senior Citizen, Grand Mother and had not eaten anything all day with the exception of a small pear and some popcorn. So you may say, that I was STARVED, at this point. I have been one of China Wok’s 1st Customers. From the days of the Original Owners when there was only 4 tables. I recall saying good bye when the previous Restaurant Owner departed. The current Restaurant Owner that answered the China Wok’s telephone, was rude, combative in nature and abusive towards me. He addressed himself as the Restaurant’s Owner, hung up the telephone on me several times, prior to placing me on a Block, Refusing to take my Calls. Refused to take my food order as well. It did not matter, if I was nice, calm and hospitable to this Restaurant Manager. To him I was still an African American, Black, Door Mat to him. How does this make me feel? One can only imagine. What I would like to know is, WHO KEEPS THE RESTAURANT OWNERS IN CHECK ? ? ? Are they like God’s and treat Consumers as they please? They make it seem like going to a Burger King or a McDonalds is like a breeze. If I was to ask for extra onions on my hamburger at a Burger King Restaurant, the China Wok Manger would not continue to tell me to go to another Restaurant to eat. If I asked for extra Pickles on my Mickey D’s Hamburger the Restaurant Managers would not just refuse to service me. As an African American can this behavior not easily be viewed as inferiority ? What I would like to know is WHO KEEPS THE RESTAURANT OWNERS IN CHECK ? ? ? Are they like God’s and treat Consumers as they please? Whenever you frequent these China Wok Restaurants, whom ever you are, you are saying, you are in agreement with the Restaurant Management. BEWARE THE NEXT VICTIM COULD BE BE YOU! Cordially, Mrs. C 🌹

This chinese restaurant is the best kept secret in a town. Take out or dine in options. Honey chicken w/fried rice, hot & sour soup, egg roll are superb. Friendly staff, especially the young lady out front who is efficient, professional, & charming.

We arrived to pick up our order and they said they gave our order away to the wrong person and have to remake it. No big deal but we get home and my order is definitely not what I ordered. I ordered chow mein and got something that looked like boiled chicken and onions in a sauce.
